The Program
Greenbacks is a telecom buy back program that monetizes your retired equipment and protects the environment.
We remove, buy, or recycle used phone equipment. This includes everything from a small business phone system to the largest PABX.
Our extensive knowledge of the used phone system market enables us to properly assess the value of your retired equipment. If your old systems or phones still have value we'll buy them. If not, it is delivered into one of a number of licensed waste management companies.
How It Works
Large or small, used phone equipment is never easy to remove whether to remarket or recycle. Our process begins with a review of your equipment list, a bid to you on the items that can be refurbished for resale, and a separate list of those items for recycle. Larger projects may be subject to a site survey while the smaller removals may be as simple as a few strategically placed and pre-configured boxes. Click here to submit a request for quote.
Getting Paid
Collecting your greenbacks is a simple process. Our standard terms and conditions are N/10 upon receipt at our dock. Special terms and conditions may be negotiated to suit your unique requirements.
How We Handle It
Much of the equipment we quote is reusable and can be remarketed. However, much of it is not.
After de-installation, we reassess the disposition of the equipment. It is then delivered to our refurbishment center or moved to one of a number of licensed waste management companies. Equipment suitable for resale is separated from that for recycle. We remove precious metals from the equipment we plan to recycle. The regulations regarding this process are extremely strict and are monitored by The Environment Agency.
Some items, such as old analog telephones, are donated to charities for resale. We don't dump it. That's illegal and harmful to the planet.
